Details Of The Turnkey Amber Business Guarantee

This guarantee relates to the Turnkey Amber Business that you can find at Natural Baltic Amber Distributor.

If at any time after six month from which you received your initial order of amber, we will buy back any remainder of that initial order at the price that you paid for it less a restocking fee of 10% of the price you paid for the amber, provided that if you order more amber after the initial order, this buy back offer is void. The reason - we want to help those get started but cannot act as an overall business guarantor.

It must be as you received it since we will resell it ourselves. So it must be clean and undamaged.

The amber must be shipped back to our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland. You will be given the shipping address.

So that we both have proof of shipment and delivery, it must be shipped by UPS and you must provide us a UPS tracking number. You must include a letter for customs stating that this is a return of product and include with that a copy of the original invoice to you.

You are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping or any other fees. Only the cost of the amber to you, less the 10% restocking fee.

If you wish you exercise this guarantee, contact us for an authorization number. We will not accept returns without an authorization number.
